Introduction
shoplab: Packstation Finder (the “App”) enables DHL Packstation location selection in the cart or checkout of Shopify stores (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy outlines how store data is accessed, used, and protected when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify store.

1. Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we access limited store data from your Shopify account (such as store domain and shipping settings) necessary to enable Packstation selection.

  • No customer data is collected or stored.
  • No tracking tools such as cookies, analytics, or pixels are used.
  • We do not store merchant personal data like names, emails, or addresses.

All data remains within Shopify unless explicitly shared with us outside the App.

2. How We Use Your Store Data

We use your store’s domain and shipping information solely to:

  • Display DHL Packstation locations in cart or checkout.
  • Automatically insert the selected Packstation address into the shipping fields.

We do not use store data for marketing or profiling.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not share, sell, or disclose store data to third parties.

In rare cases, we may share store data to:

  • Comply with legal requirements (e.g., subpoenas, regulations).
  • Protect our rights or enforce our legal terms.

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, marketing, or tracking tools.

4. European Residents’ Rights

We are located in Europe and respect the privacy rights of European residents (GDPR). Since we do not collect or process personal data within our App, any personal data requests (access, correction, deletion) should be directed to Shopify or handled in accordance with your Shopify settings. We do not store any personal or customer information. Store connection data is retained only while the App is installed. When the App is uninstalled, all related data access is revoked.
