While Simple Pledge offered high-quality jewelry with meaning and customization options, it was held back by a standardized online store that neither fully reflected the brand's unique aesthetic nor offered an intuitive way for customers to customize their jewelry. The limitations of its existing Shopify premium theme made it difficult to seamlessly create product bundles and deliver a compelling engraving experience. This potentially led to lower conversion rates, missed upselling opportunities, and a less distinctive brand presence in the competitive jewelry market.

Results

To completely transform Simple Pledge's online store, we implemented a custom Shopify solution. The core of the project was the precise adaptation of a Shopify premium theme to a detailed Figma design to create a visually stunning and brand-consistent user experience. Additionally, we developed and integrated two key customization features: a custom bundle builder that allows customers to effortlessly assemble unique jewelry sets, and an interactive engraving form for real-time visualization of bracelet engravings. This strategic redesign resulted in a seamless and engaging shopping experience that significantly increased customer satisfaction and sustainably strengthened Simple Pledge's brand identity.
